    It may be worth taking a screen shot of them now. If you bring up the clock on your computer, it shows with the 3 hampers that are being cancelled and the time and date.
  • Me and my sister ordered hampers exactly at the same time (we were in the phone doing it working out the codes) mine has been dispatched, her cancelled. We also live in the same area. Complained to BHS and on Facebook and twitter.

    I only wanted one hamper and a Russian doll set. Order confirmation email was sent to me at 12.16 yesterday. Never mind. Save my money anyway!

    I think I commented on your post on their Facebook Page. I sent them an email too, I think we, as the customers deserve an honest reason for cancellation, not the untrue reasons they have given us.

    Strange. Would love to know the criteria for cancellation. Maybe pre/post 12pm?

    Yep. Pretending there is no stock when we're all looking at them online is ludicrous. It won't do their reputation any good at all and whilst people are taking advantage of the codes, ultimately they were used legitimately.

    Cancelling full orders rather than asking people if they want other aspects of it (i.e. those items that 'are' in stock lol) is showing a total disregard for their clients, many of who probably won;t risk ordering anything else over Christmas in case the same things happen. Had a look at the Facebook page and this code stacker combined with the Spin 2 Win fiasco is a huge PR disaster at the busiest time of the year.

    It appears to be totally random. My order placed just before 10:00am yesterday has now been cancelled.
  • Mine arrived this morning, but I didn't get the one I ordered (savoury). Got the chocolate one instead. I'm not complaining though!
