I just had another email
Technical reasons and more than 1 voucher used
I told them this was the third email now they had sent with different readons each time and that their site asked for "another code" so dont make out I did something wrong.
They have facebooked me again asking for my address to send a £25 voucher, I wont be replying as I dont need £25 that badly after the awful customer service.
I completly understand when a company pulls a deal as they have got it wrong, I never complain etc but this time it made me cross that they couldnt get their act together. I would feel wrong to bavk down now and take the £25 voucher offered, so I wont.0 -

I had the same, I asked them if it was £25 for each of the two orders they had cancelled as I would need to pay someone to go and get them from the store, unfortunately not
They said customer care had replied to my e mails and messages to check my junk/spam ......they must think we are all as dumb as they are, the only e mails I received were the 6 (3 for each order) with different excuses for cancelling.
Don't know why they just didn't send them out as they were all back in stock yesterday, but not today.
Oh well wont be getting any custom from me, judging by the comments on FB even people who paid in full for orders have had problems.0
