I am writing in response to your recent message on Facebook.
I was concerned to hear that you have not received your order. Unfortunately upon looking into this, I can see that there was a technical error on your order. Upon looking at this, I can see that your order had multiple discounts, unfortunately only 1 discount can be used on orders. Your order was cancelled due to this error. We therefore have not charged you for this order.
I can only apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Should you have any other queries, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
I have just received the same message, anyone have any idea if it stated in the terms and conditions about using multiple discount codes?
I used 2 codes both for £5 off when you spend £25, 1 i got from the spin to win game and the other from the discount board, the 20% off automatically came off.
Not happy at the length of time it's taken to get a response :mad:0 -

The checkout system allows more than one code, unlike some sites, so thats just a rubbish answer, it even says " add another" on the codes bit

I agree Claire. I contacted them when they first cancelled my orders and I asked why they had cancelled when their system was set up to allow the use of multiple codes. I was told that my order had not been cancelled due to using codes but that it was due to a system error! After several emails and phone calls I eventually received an offer from them to honour my orders at the original price. In order for them to do this I would have to reorder at full price then I would be refunded the difference. Although I have this offer in writing I am loathe to do this as my experience with their customer service team has been so bad that I would then have a battle on my hands to get my refund.
What a fiasco! They are telling everybody different things. Some people have received their orders even though they used multiple codes. Some people have received their orders and also had gift tokens as compensation. Some people are still waiting for orders and others have been cancelled. The way they have dealt with these orders and the things they have told people have been so inconsistent. Surely it would have been easier for them to honour the orders than have to deal with the deluge of calls and emails.0 -
I have just received an email stating that my recent order has been cancelled due to technical reasons connected with a promotional offer.........I received said order earlier this week!!Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0

Just been told mine is cancelled after a week on the 'packing' status. I didn't order hampers, just gift wrap, a couple of small gifts and some slippers0

I've just phoned them and they are looking into it.One ordered was delivered with stuff missing,one was cancelled and one is still being packed.They are phoning back with some discount or compensation but I'm not holding my breath to be honest.Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0

Mine has also been cancelled due to technical reasons. I've had a bit of a rant on Facebook plus to their feedback@BHS email address. TBH I'm not terribly bothered about getting the hamper, but I do like to let companies know when their customer service has let me down.0
