Mine has also been cancelled due to technical reasons. I've had a bit of a rant on Facebook plus to their feedback@BHS email address. TBH I'm not terribly bothered about getting the hamper, but I do like to let companies know when their customer service has let me down.
I feel the same, the hamper is not important its is the disgusting way that the customers have been treated that really gets to me. I have already posted on Facebook about how I feel :mad:0 -

I agree. I am more annoyed with the DREADFUL customer service than the order being cancelled.0 -
Evening all,
I got the 'Technical issues' email also, so not expecting to get any more of the items I ordered. The only order I got was the very first one, so has been worth it for me.
Not happy that they have kept us all waiting a week, then came back with some lame excuse. Would be reluctant to order from them again.

I emailed CS a couple of days ago to check the progress of my order but didn't get a reply. I have just been sent the "technical issues" email, one week after ordering. Very poor CS.0

I agree Claire. I contacted them when they first cancelled my orders and I asked why they had cancelled when their system was set up to allow the use of multiple codes. I was told that my order had not been cancelled due to using codes but that it was due to a system error! After several emails and phone calls I eventually received an offer from them to honour my orders at the original price. In order for them to do this I would have to reorder at full price then I would be refunded the difference. Although I have this offer in writing I am loathe to do this as my experience with their customer service team has been so bad that I would then have a battle on my hands to get my refund.

They told me this as well. Then they cancelled the hamper and went back on their word about refunding the price difference from the original order. They said it "wouldn't work out any more because the hamper wasn't included". I have had the rest of my order delivered at full price. This was delivered to family in a remote part of the country and I am loathe to ask them to return these for me.0 -
I didn't order a hamper but ordered some other bits using the codes on here and some I did win on FB. I received 1 item from 1 order and that was it! I ordered 23 November and today received the 'For technical reasons, connected with a promotional offer, we have had to cancel the recent order you placed with us' email. Not very happy as all items are in stock and are now FULL price.
There Customer Service is really poor, I am reluctant to order from them again.
As my partner suggested, it's time to start thinking about what BHS stands for I think, it's no longer British Home Stores.... more like Big Heap'o S*** where there CS is concerned :mad: :mad:0 -
Just got this email. I've checked PayPal and it has been cancelled.

Please be assured that you have not been charged, however your bank may have pre-authorised the payment and if so, they will release the funds to you in due course.

Just checking my automatic email response and it looks like there are some terms on there that I haven't seen stated in other emails from them-
Promotions issues
If your promotion code hasnt worked, you do not need to email us again as we will refund the discount you are entitled to within the next 3-5 working days. Only one promotion code can be used per order and we are not responsible for codes obtained from discount code websites or blogs.0 -
I have also received the generic email that others are getting about technical reasons. However all they have stated is that they are unable to fulfill my order.....when I had 3 orders for hampers.....I have therefore emailed them back asking whether they are fulfilling any of them? I have done it in a really pwetty pwease can I just have one hamper slant so I hope they respond!!!Make £2012 in 2012 member #88

I had 2 orders outstanding still in the packing stage, I contacted them through Facebook and received the e mail regarding using more than 1 code cancelling the orders.
I then have received another e mail cancelling due to technical reasons and now another 2 e mails (one for each order) saying order cancelled due to popularity and out of stock
I have just looked at the T/C's and it does state only 1 discount code can be used but the 20% off one automatically came off with out me adding the code so that would have invalid the use of even one of the codes :mad:
I don't know if these T/C's have changed since I placed the order as I didn't read them before ordering0
