1. Get a better picture. Taken from a webcam with a mouse in your hand isn't a good look, even if you're Brad Pitt. Add a selection of pictures if you can.
2. Body type, athletic? Sorry, but going on your one picture I'd say no. Average body type. Putting what people see as incorrect information will make some question your truthfulness.
3. Remove the first line from your profile. You're height and that you own a car are already noted in the general information. No need to tell folk your weight and that you own a house!
4. Second sentence. Too sparse. Give an example, build a story. Do you like to go hill walking, or stroll through the park on a Sunday etc?
5. Third sentence. Once again, elaborate. Name some movies you love and why you like them.
6. Fourth sentence is basically a repeat of your second sentence. They now think you are Mr Boring.
7. Remove "I just want a loving, close relationship ." Sounds needy, women don't want needy.
8. The great outdoors again, "I love being out and about in the great outdoors". This guy must really love the great outdoors. That's three time in a very short profile.
9. At least after that you inject a bit of your humour and personality. More of this guy please.
10. Personal pet hate, but who doesn't enjoy a "giggle". Everyone has some form of humour that they enjoy, so it would be better to expand on what you like in the types of comedians or comedies you enjoy.
Overall, stop repeating yourself. Add more detail to what you enjoy doing and don't be afraid to add your own humour to it. Also stop with the exclamation marks at the end of random sentences!
VestanPance, he got the same advice on the dating thread months ago and chose not to take any of it on board. A few months later, same profile and still no dates - no surprises there....
Change the profile and pics to rake in the datesIf you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -

My first thought was 'I wonder if he knows so-and-so from the area you work!
Second thought - Damn! To young!
Oh aye?! Maybe I do know them!? Curious now...
Could be a cougar?!:rotfl: I'd have thought the more pressing concern being the hundreds of miles haha
I say the more we can all help each other the better!0 -

Hmm, maybe this is what I need. A younger man to keep me on my toes. May update profile for the 'Cougar Effect' and see if that helps fill those voids0 -

Please be kind haha!
You are really pretty and sound lovely but your profile doesn't tell me anything about what your interests are - what films, what music, what concerts/ shows, what type of travel?Genres please, even your job doesn't tell someone anything, because there are administrators in every field.

Thank you! I don't want to give to much away leaving not a lot else to find out about me on a date, but could elaborate a little?0 -

I'd say your profile is very good. You are giving plenty of information to allow someone to contact you and ask a bit more and allow some dialogue to start that isn't 'how are you?'.0 -
Lol I just got a message saying: hey
how u doing
i guess u are bbw
I ignored this and then got a further message saying:
Why are you being rude0
