Seems to always raise intresting debate this

For me its been 4 years ish no that I've been single.

I've only been looking the last 2, I'm not interested in 1 night stands I find them callous and degrading (No offence to those who enjoy the odd one, I guess I just have a very old fashioned way of looking)

So far, and I am just guessing sort of here so by all means correct away, That girls who say they want to meet some who has a personality and looks aren't that important really mean that looks are the most important

And there are those that say they aren't sure they want to meet off the site, well to me I wouldn't really be interested in even sending them a message - I mean why join these sites if your not sure?

And I have seen some very nasty messages come through to me, which all though the really upset me, I found them very shallow in doing so.

I make no bones that I am a big guy, its who I am, I have very niche sort of hobbies and finding people in there is hard (mainly cause those girls who think they are into it are more interested in the kudos of being seen in the cars there)

Sorry if thats abit harsh.

The other side of that is those few who have replied have been very polite and open, and I have talked more to them then anything.

I keep plugging away though cause I want the enjoyment of being back in a relationship again as I was before.

Any way just my 2 pence worth

Well mostly Cars, Motor sport, along with the normal stuff - Movies, music, gigs, swimming etc

I'd really like to share the hobby with someone, even as simple as being outside cleaning cars together, going out driving to places etc - It sounds quite boring, but just to walk around and talk about car stuff.

Surely that's not that unusual though, I love cars, and having someone to help clean mine would be a bonus haha

Lol, no not at all on the collection front.

Thats the thing, finding someone who's into them. I don't mind a relationship with abit of distance involved.

Round Manchester though, as you may have seen on Unprotected Sex in the City is just really hard to find decent girls lol

I do message men on POF. Some come back to me, some dont. I get messages as well, they usually start nice enough but then after the first few niceties the conversation goes a way I'm not all that comfortable with!

I thought about getting some of my male friends to check out my profile and give some constructive criticism but then I have only been doing it a short while and there are a lot of frogs before I meet my prince Im sure!!
