    Hi All
    Quick update!
Took the forms to the county court yesterday morning, I was really nervous for some stupid reason! (Gawd help me if I was on trial lol!) but it took literally two minutes, the court was empty and the lady was really helpful.

I asked her if she had had many of these to deal with, and she said "no actually!" In fact I don't think they had anything else to do yesterday, because the notice of issue arrived in todays post. How fast was that!

The Old Nag (LLoydsTSB) have until the 9th May, so I suppose this is where it all slows down...... I just know they are going to drag this out until the bitter end!

Oh well, Just have to wait...and wait...and wait..........

    hi jetcat

give your court a ring.............that's what i did....they'll check your claim there an then..... an if possible send you out a duplicate just in case;)

Fired off a letter to Shabbey today tellin em that they could keep their costs down if they settled my claim.............cause they also acknowledged my claim pretty fast too.....an that further costs would include court bundle...£9.50 p/h....questionaire...£100.....postage an stationary...£30.....plus interest rising by the day.

lets hope they come they see reason :p

    keep all updated

You'll find the POC, particulars of claim in Martin's article. As above you need to do three copies, one for yourself, one for the court and one for the bank.

I gave the court a ring, they can check for you, they gave me a claim number and told me when it was sent, when it will be served etc
This will put your mind at rest.

yes thats right 3 copies. If you enter all your charges and dates into the interest calculator you can print that out too ( 3 copies)

This is the link for the exemption fees form.

the form you need is the EX160 ( you only need one copy of this).

You dont need to give your bank statements at this stage just the list of charges.

    Good Luck
