hi
i gave them three copies 1,bank 1,court and 1 for myself...........rang again as i've not received my copy back yet........ because of a backlog, so that's nearly 2wks( papers actually served yesterday an sending me a duplicate copy as i've not received mine back yet)......then another 2wks to acknowlege....which they will...i think time as slowed down now an gettin slower.
it's a waitin game.....just hang in there.
i gave my name and date submited to court and which bank0 -
Thanks
I finally got through to the court ( been trying all day) nice lady gave me my case number and said if i filed on thursday, paperwork will be sent out the following thursday. So she said i should get it tomorrow or saturday.
Im not very good at playing the waiting game, too impatient! I have already spent the bank refund money in my head!

Hi All
Recieved my Notice of issue this morning. And am posting up what it says so that those of you who havent done this before or have filed already but are waiting for the same letter will know what to expect. Also to bump this thread up as i had to go find it on page 9!
It says:
Your claim was issued on 13th April 2007. The court sent it to the defendant by 1st class post on 19th April and it will be deemed to be served on 21st April. The defendant has until 8th May 2007 to reply.
The defendant may:
Pay you your total amount ( that would be nice)
File an acknowledgement of service This will allow the defendant 28 days from the date of service of your particulars of claim to file a defence or contest the courts juristiction
Dispute the whole claim The court will send you a copy of the defence
Admit that all the money is owed The defendant will send you a completed admission form and you may ask the court to enter judgement using the request below.
Admit that only part of your claim is owed The court will send you a copy of the rep;y fprm and you will have to decide what to do next.
Not reply at all You may ask the court to enter judgement using the request below.
Now i just have to wait until 8th May, although from what ive seen in the Lloyds thread they will probably acknowledge at the last minute, so i will try not to get my hopes up (yet):D
