hi Justlaugh. no, im claiming from nationwide, for £872. when i handed my form in, there was just one copy, clerk said not to worry, that she would sort everything out!! hope so, as i dont want things held up. and my court, by the way, is hartlepool!!

well hopefully today i should receive a letter from the court. i am becoming obsessed with looking out for the postman!

Hi jetcat, im from hartlepool so if i end up taking lloyds to court for my charges back i will really appreciate your help, first letter has only just been sent so it might be a while off yet.

But looking on the CAG website it does say that the court lets us know!
So we will just have to wait and see.

delivered mine at sheffield county court last tues 10th.........rang court this afters and told papers will be served wednesday 18th...........so 14days to acknowledged.........another milestone reached.;)0 -
Rex_Mundi has helped a few people do their claims and has always done it through the local courts so I'm sure he'll be interested in this thread when he gets back online, hopefully this week some time0
