    I think ive seen your previous posts somewhere are you claiming from Lloyds tsb?
    Would be interesting to see how we get on.

    I am claiming from Lloyds tsb £4714 + interest £560.91 Total £5274.91

    hi Justlaugh. no, im claiming from nationwide, for £872. when i handed my form in, there was just one copy, clerk said not to worry, that she would sort everything out!! hope so, as i dont want things held up. and my court, by the way, is hartlepool!!

    by the way, thanks for your relpy, will have to keep each other informed!!

    well hopefully today i should receive a letter from the court. i am becoming obsessed with looking out for the postman!
    As soon as i get anything i will post it on here so you will know what to expect.

    i know what you mean Becky, between waiting for tesco stuff and bank stuff, the postman thinks he is ona promise!!!!!

    Hi can i join!!! I have already got one case filed at local court with N1 and 2 more today!!! Nice to know others are doing it this way too!

    nothing from postman yet, maybe tomorrow
    But looking on the CAG website it does say that the court lets us know!
    So we will just have to wait and see.

    hi all

    delivered mine at sheffield county court last tues 10th.........rang court this afters and told papers will be served wednesday 18th...........so 14days to acknowledged.........another milestone reached.;)

    Rex_Mundi has helped a few people do their claims and has always done it through the local courts so I'm sure he'll be interested in this thread when he gets back online, hopefully this week some time :)
