You say you wanted help - yet you completely ignored any advice given - and instead started attacking people.
Eg - i told you i would wait two weeks - ie the 17th - before refunding. You would think thats what you wanted to hear - but you ignored me.
Had you not ignored me - i would have gone on to tell you that, even if the buyer fails to respond to Royal Mail - you cannot loose your claim - Royal Mail must provide the signature you paid for.
So carry on upsetting people. Some of us try very hard to keep our Ebay accounts - you will regret throwing yours away.
And only a child would remove their first post to try and sabotage the thread. You don't even deserve your place on MSE - never mind Ebay.
GROW UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is hard to grasp any salient points when people have been picking every word to peices.
However your point makes no sense. The whole reason I wont refund for a while is because the coat could arrive tomorrow and it could be signed for AFTER the refund. Then I would be fully reliant on the buyer to reimburse me as any claim against RM would be void.Debtfree!0 -

No not at all, just saying that the character assault is incorrect.
And there we go again.
How can you slate others for being direct when you are always on the attack against others? :cool:0 -

I already addressed that in the part where i said I WOULD NOT REFUND NOW !!!
So did i dream that you wrote this?:-DebtClearer wrote: »well now the guy has said this:
"if paypal decide and they find for me i will leave neg feedback if they find for you i leave good feedback. i know royal mail dont class it lost to 15 working days. also if you do have to put a claim in with royal mail they will write to me i then have 90 days to answer them".
Is it true they will have to write to him to verify any claim?
I am begining to see I am going to be £45 out of pocket over all of this.....looks like my claim will be useless.
Therfore my point about Royal Mail having to accept your claim makes perfect sense. Of course - being the ignarmous you are - you were too busy attacking people. You attacked those who don't agree with you AND those that do.
Enjor your negative - it will have been well earned. Bet its lonely in your house.0 -

.......2 negative feedbacks this month alone leave me feeling a bit cautious.DebtClearer wrote: »Errm most of it has been sales, this was inferenced otherwise why would I have put it...jeez get an education.
Your BUYER will not have ANY negatives as a BUYER. The only people who can get NEGATIVES are SELLERS*.
And yes, you resort again to personal attacks. Very juvenile.
* As you will no doubt soon find out.0 -
I have to say that if it wasn't for the fact that OP is not new on MSE I would have considered this s wind up by now- a sort of 'let me do everything that is wrong to see if other people spot my mistakes'.
OP, one serious question- you now say you wil not refund, so what are you going to do on the 22nd then when ebay refund it from your account against your will. Do you or do you not understand what will happen?
Also, whislt I know a lot of threads are being reported here and dealt with by the Forum team as appropriate, can I please remind all moneysavers to be polite, I have been absolutely shocked at some of the language used against people posting here.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. also, and I mean this as kindly as I can. OP your signature is very telling:
LBM 14/10/2012 - DEBT @ 31/10/12 £10,657.58
CURRENT £9901.46
SAVINGS - £2550 @ 31/10/12
CURRENT - £3068
CLEAR DEBT AND GET HOUSE DEPOSIT BY OCT 2015!
I assume you are young if you are still saving for a house deposit and maybe extreme youth explains some of your stubbornness. However, worst case scenario if you don't refund is that you get hounded by debt collectors. Whislt we all accept they have limits with paypal debts they are not nice people and have had warning and fines already imposed for their strong arm tactics. Someone trying to get squeaky clean to buy a house in a few years does not need them hanging round their neck.
I would not wish the paypal debt collectors on anyone so assuming absolute worse case scenario and paypal put your account in negative and you never ever sell again on ebay or use your paypal account- they WILL pass it on for collection. W've even had people on here that have married, or temporarily moved in with a sibling (brother if I recall correctly) who has been 'linked' by ebay and had the debt taken from their account. Whether or not it can go to law at that point and money recovered from sibling or partner is immaterial really as it is the time and effort involved that is the problem.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've seldom seen so much helpful advice ignored on the MSE forums.0

What are the odds on OP returning soon and saying. 'Coat has now been delivered to buyer...told you I was right not to refund'?0

I was going to post exactly the same.:money:
Or else on the 22nd 'paypal have found for me and refused the refund even though coat has not been delivered' .I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. .
And there is no point having savings earning very little interest while you have debts which will be accruing much higher rates of interest.
Your debt would be reduced by over a quarter were you to throw your savings at it; then you can focus on getting that debt down to zero THEN start saving - it would be quicker;)Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson
