Yet another Parking Eye thread revived POINTLESSLY months and months later about yet another (expected and forewarned) Debt Recovery Plus letter.
I am bored with this Groundhog Day but...for goodness sake to the OP you've had this IGNORE advice all along and - search button anyone?
