a large proportion of the time spent in the car park was waiting to get out.0

Hi there, looks like ParkingEye are maybe going to pursue me after ignoring all their letters. Basically they said I have 14 days to pay the fine of 100 or solicitors may be involved to secure immediate payment or issuing or court proceedings which could incur further costs.
Can anyone advise me what to do cause I'm really worried...

It's their standard procedure. Did you not look at the sticky threads here which include those letter chains? Nothing to worry about. It's all part of the process, and can be ignored, just as the first letter.
Didn't you spot their liberal use of the words "may" and "might". All because they have no intention of doing anything more than sending some letters. You'll probably get some from a so-called debt collector next. Just as meaningless. Just as toothless. Ignore them all.0 -
It's not a FINE!What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Don't believe a word of what they say, it's all a scam.
It's made very clear on the current forum what to do:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...play.php?f=163
Of the sticky threads, only read 'POPLA' one (to understand the 'appeal option') and the 'PPC letter chains' one so you can get a preview of the sort of debt collector letters to ignore whenever you get any PPC fake PCN.
Then read ANY other current non-Council threads on the first page.
You'll soon know the score with this scam and know that it's safe to ignore the letters, just like phishing emails. The appeal option can be used if this was in England or Wales but you need to read up about it and know that you won't be paying, whatever the decision made, as it's not binding on you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

when you get the letter stating that they have/or will pass it on to a firm of bailiffs/debt collectors a quick google with the address etc normally reveals its run by the parking compny
as others have said IGNORE and use as toilet paper0 -

Lord Lucan may ring my doorbell tomorrow to tell me I've won the lottery.
But I'm not expecting that to happen.Je suis Charlie0 -
They cannot recover a penalty via the court, it's as simple as that. They could however, (under the new rules) recover their 'losses' which would equal what ever the parking tariff is. But you say you paid so presumably you have a ticket.
Case closed m'lud.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0
