Bit confused now, i had a letter this morning from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd, which is identical to the letter shown on the link regarding the chain of letters, however the next doc after this looks to be from the court, do i still ignore the parking charge notice as its all crap, or can i actually be taken to court ? Has anthing changed ?

Hi there,
Just got a letter from a company Debt Recovery Plus Ltd, saying blah blah they want me to pay up and if not the issue may be passed to the landholders solicitor to commence County Court proceeding.
Really scared now cause I don't need bloody court or solicitors.0 -

You need to be more precise. If it's a letter from the court, then you need to act.
1. What does it say?
2. Is there a court reference on it? Does it say it is from Northampton Court?
3. Yes, you can be taken to court, although the number of people that are is very, very small, but you may be one of the unlucky ones.0 -

You are still in the letter chain stage. Your chances of court papers being raised is slight, but not impossible.
But if you are asking for cast iron guarantees, no one here can give that.
In the mean time, do some reading about County court processes and the various stages. You certainly don't need solicitors. though0 -

Its a letter from a debt recovery company stating i must pay if they dont hear from me the next stage would be court proceedings, i have sent an email to them stating i dropped my family off to watch the fireworks but the car park became blocked so nobody could leave. Which is true.
I had the chance to pay this months ago but followed advice on here, now it seems that these companies can actually enforce them, so not sure now if i should continue to wait or just pay.0 -

Oh come on, keep up, it's NOT A FINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's not difficult, you are just ignoring some junk mail.
Please tell us which letter you have read on the link and mistaken for real Court papers? Which exact letter under which PPC is worrying you?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Oh do keep up. You too are ignoring JUNK MAIL and yet you have been silly enough to reply to a standard debt collector letter?!
Either that or you are a PPC plant because the way you have worded this is fairly odd. You actually reckon these scammers 'can actually enforce' these fake PCNs?!
This isn't your thread...where's your thread, reply there if worried.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
