Sorry Shirleypark, not sure. Personally, I'd bleach the hair dye and just try a squirt of the perfume. If it still smells nice after half an hour, it should be fine. I think it's mostly the colour of the perfume that indicates whether it's ok or not. If it's become darker in colour, it may be past its best.

Lil_me, hope your dinner settled ok so late at night and that your kitchen smells fresh - I always find that if I cook last thing, it still smells of cooking in the morning. Not bad if it's bacon sandwiches, but awful if it was burgers (this I discovered the other night after cooking for DH and his buddies on pint night  . By morning, burgers smell like armpit and can permeate the entire house!!!)

    Thursday PC area/study and bathroom

    Bathroom

    1. [STRIKE]Wipe down tiles[/STRIKE]
    2. [STRIKE]Clean bath, sink and toilet inc cistern and handle[/STRIKE]
    3. [STRIKE]Clean any bath mats [/STRIKE]
    4. [STRIKE]Clean floor[/STRIKE]
    5. If feeling brave enough, may do 15 minutes in the airing cupboard, but not promising anything!

    PC area/study

    1. [STRIKE]Just the laptop, but will get at it with cotton buds etc[/STRIKE].
    2. Little tidy in utility room, must find something to throw out!

[STRIKE]Sorry for the late posting, extra for today, sort any 'out of date' toiletries and make up - basically anything that has been open over 2 years, anything that's been open longer than it should be (there should be a little label with a container and amount of months use by from opened on it) Sort through any well worn towels that you haven't used for ages and been meaning to fling, if there is anything you need to throw away/recycle. Right, I'm off to have a shower and clean the bathroom before the tesco shop arrives. Take care all, enjoy the weather (it's love again here) and keep on smiling!!! :D

Glad to read I cheered you up. They belong to the BF from when he fitted the light several years ago. Several times he's said he'll wipe them off and hasn't. Tonight I'm going to get the step ladder out and climb up there. I tried standing on the bed but that didn't work, damm these victorian houses with their high ceilings.

I am running soooo late today, I put my alarm clock on snooze at 6am, turned it off 5 minutes later and went back to sleep, only woke up again at 6.50 !! So I won't be flying before work today. Right have a good day everyone.

    Morning.

ShirleyPark- it must have been your alarm clock that woke me up at 6am! :rotfl:
Don't normally wake up until nearer 6.30, but I was awake bright and early this morning.

One load in the WM which DH will sort out before he leaves for work later on this morning.

Will take DS to the park after school today which happens to be across the road from the shop I need to buy my lidded boxes from so hopefully he'll be a happy bunny going to the park and I'll have got the boxes.

Bathroom will get it's clean once DS is in bed. I have to go to a Woodcraft planning meeting tonight as soon as DH gets in so need to make sure all lunches have been done for tomorrow as I won't feel like doing them by the time I get back.

Hope everyone has a good day.

Got a load in the WM, watered the garden (all new plants so need a bit of help as its been so dry) got kids up, packed lunches done. Bathroom should not take too long and pc/study I will do as I list tihngs on ebay - I hate that job and there is a charity bag here, but thought I would give it a go.

    Morning all

Well today is switch around as I did bathroom yesterday due to time limitations.

So I have all the bedrooms to do, landing and loo.

    So far I have

    Stripped out bed
    Bedding washed and pegged out
    Next load in WM now
    S & S Kitchen
    Hoovered downstairs
Put mince & onion in slow cooker - could not be bothered last night:o
Littles fed, washed, dressed, hair done

Gonna have to fly like the wind today. After DD1 is dropped at pre-school gotta dash home, get the jobs done, go pick her up and picnic at the park. Guess that means I need to pack a picnic too - all in the 1 1/2 hours between getting home and having to leave to collect her. Don't you just love friends who make these suggestions in front of the kids  .

My Dad flies over from Spain today so got to make the spare room ready too.

Right lets go trot to school.

Oh DD1 was so brave when she had her jabs, one in each arm:eek: Did not make a sound - I was expecting full on water works but she was brilliant:D

I (personally, not DD) am running so late this morning BUT I've had a bath & washed my hair. :D Don't usually get a chance to but OH said it wouldn't be a problem. Nothing done so far except a load in the WM. Need to get a wriggle on and do Pigsback now before I forget. At least DD is already done and dusted and currently sitting on the sofa reading "Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets" :D
