Nicki Now he keeps asking me why I ate DHs seeds :o . Only a four-year-old could make me blush like that! I thought I was being very sensible, but I don't know how much detail I should go into now. He seems to have the wrong end of the stick. :rotfl:

yeah we started with that version and dd spent a year looking out for baby brother seeds at Mr T's. fortunately they always seemed to be out of stock. Although she pretty much knows it all now at the age of 10 she is starting s*x ed lessons soon and is dreading it because some of the older kids have spread scare stories around to the effect that they have to watch a video of people "doing it - yuck" I did tell her that she could ask me anything about it but was quite unprepared for "how many p*n*ses have you seen in real life mum?" (btw the answer to that one is ..... er .... some)

Well, I took the afternoon off work as it was so lovely this morning, it got cloudy and I've done the grand total of wash my lunch dishes. Drinking tea and playing on the laptop. I keep thinking of the painting that needs finishing but that would mean (get the effort involved here) putting on shoes, walking 50 yards to my garage, undoing TWO locks and fetching the paint. And that's before I've started! I keep thinking of the Harry Enfield sketch of the teenager taking all night overnight to wash his dad's car. Just how I feel right now.

Someone tell me to go do something consructive please else I'll just fester here and get under your feet!

Solwaykid - switch off the laptop, get something done for just 20 minutes or so, then you can come back and tell us all about it, until then you're barred!!!! :D

Oh get me all assertive, suppose I should take some of my own advice, sit here much longer and I'll have a square bottom :o Right, I'm joining you, no posting for at least 20 minutes!

Well hasn't everyone been busy :A

I've had the kids in and out of the garden every 5 mins and I've been trying to finish stripping the wallpaper. I think I've scaled mount everest the amount of times I've been up and down the ladder and it's only got 3 steps :rotfl:

No actual flying for me as per a list but dailies all done, hour long ph'call from my mum, both kids showered and fed and tidying stripping mess as we speak. DH is getting us take away tonight, his treat, so really looking forward to that :j

Will finish stripping the 1 wall left tomorrow, (need DH help to move the TV unit tonight so might start it tonight actually) then sugar soap all walls and will do my dailies as well. What's on the list for tomorrow Lil-me? Will try and do some of it if it's upstairs as it will give me a break from staring at 4 walls and seperating arguing kids :rotfl:

Right, bit more than 20 minutes but here's what I've just got done since last post

Fixed seal on oven (with DPs help)
Cleaned kitchen floor (because I tipped a cup of coffee over, good news cup bounced!)
    One wash load in
One wash loads out to dry
Cleaned bottom of oven and chiselled burnt plastic off with wooden spoon!
Got oven racks from bath and wiped over then replaced
Fed DS2, DS1 tea cooking now- one on packed lunch one on dinners so different meals
Brought in one load laundry & put away
Put some more of the 'undies mountain' away
    Sorted through some paperwork
Reorganised freezer (it all fell out on me when made tea so no choice)
Changed table cloth for towel, 2 messy eaters!
    Polished nest of tables
Wiped off marks on wall spotted when vacuuming
Put all shoes and boots from hall into a box so can thorough clean and sort (this is the scary one, DP has more shoes, trainers and boots than me and refused to let me fling any!!!)
Watered plants in house and garden

I'm impressed with my little self :D Oh also made food and drinks for DS2 and DP to take to RC racing so they're off to Jarrow so just DS1 to deal with..

Kiwi, master bedroom & landing :) just about to type post now should be up in a mo. Well done for just getting the dailies done, I go all to pot when decorating and place becomes a shambles. Sorry to those waiting for dailies list, PCs still dead, working on it so will be with you when I can.

Stef thank you, your post made me laugh really loud, DP looked at me a bit funny :o
    *Edit - Wednesday now up*

Guys, how do you do that clever crossing out what you've done on your list? I want to write my todo list here tomorrow, but I wanna be all swanky like you lot and cross stuff off after I've done it.

C'mon, share how its done with this technophobe :D

It'll put the strike through what you typed. Don't be scared to have a little practise on the thread. Oooh, my first Flylady ASBO, I like it!! Seriously, thanks Lil_me, that did the trick! ..And you got loads done too! :T
Brought all the painting gear into the house, 30 minute gloss painting in the bathroom and the jobs done - can't believe I've thought about it everyday since I started the decorating in February; what a waste I could've been busy worrying about something else for heavens sake!
20 mins clearing up and while I was in there I cleaned the bathroom so that's another job done.
Still have to do today's room but this is about normal getting home time for me so nothing lost.

    Yipee!
