    Really?

What possible relevance does that have at all then?

Because although the lorry possibly should have been in lane two (which may have been correct on that particular roundabout), the length of the trailer could mean that he also had to use lane three. Only on huge roundabouts can an articulated lorry stay in just one lane.

    Oh come on.

Tesco will not sack him for having an accident, they would surely face a wrongful dismissal charge.

I would be very surprised if anything comes of this.

I know but if it makes hiccups feel better.

i was IN FRONT OF THE LORRY!!!!!!! not next to.....which makes me wonder what he was doing at the same time as driving
And it wasn't 50/50% liabilty as is the case with accidents on the roundabout, he accepted FULL liability....because , duh!!!! he was 100% in the wrong.

What part of the lorry collided with your car?

you fail to grasp that the guy was in the wrong lane to exit the roundabout....learn to read....this is nothing to do with the guy needing more than one lane.

If you can't help and only want to try and belittle someone then go find a child and bully them and make yourself feel big.....

Have you ever driven an articulated lorry around the same roundabout?

Would you know how to drive an articulated lorry around the same roundabout?

Have you ever experienced the poor visibility that drivers of large vehicles have?

Well done you'll sleep a lot better when they sack him and his kids don't get a Christmas.

Keep the sarcasm up. The guy was over 50 and looked more like a granddad for your info.....so I think his kids will be grown up.....may have grandkids.....let's hope he doesnt kill anyone for Xmas....that would be a lot worse.....or maybe become sarcy like you.....Definately just as bad ;)

OMG....the driver was in the wrong....didn't indicate and was in the wrong lane.....there were witnesses thank god....probably why he accepted full liability....because he knew he couldn't lie.

I ignored no advise and was driving safely.
I am not on a wtich hunt and simply asked for some help on contact details. People like you have turned this into a 'there must be more to the story'....there simply isn't....sorry to disappoint you...

So if you were in front (or half in front) of him, then how do you know he didn't indicate?

So if you were in front (or half in front) of him, then how do you know he didn't indicate?

Because he was in the lane to the right of me and I was ahead of him....when i say infront I mean ahead but in the lane to the left of him.....so i could see if he was indicating in my right mirror....hope that's makes sense

I have now received another response from the CEO and it looks like the whole thing is being taken seriously and being investigated
I doubt anyone would have expected anything else. Except it sounds like you want the guy "dealt with" for dangerous driving, when this was purely in your own opinion and certainly not backed up by your version of events or the action of those who actually investigated at the scene.

Would you mind telling us what would be a suitable outcome to this for you?
