this problem only happens with youtube? what about iplayer?

when it happens, the machine is so slow, you can't type?

    have you run ccleaner?

    is the c: drive full?

if the vent is on the bottom, does it go slow if you lift it off the desk, ie allow more ventilation

if you reboot, and go onto youtube, does everything take an eternity

when it takes an eternity, does it go back to normal if you close the browser

has it been into suspend mode since you booted

is it just when you are playing video

    have you run ccleaner

is the vent clear of table/fluff/blockages

does it have a nvidia graphics card or intel?

is it the same on a wired ethernet connection
