It's easy to read posts the wrong way but i do agree there will always be posters who want to have a go and don't offer anything constructive. If you feel that way about a post, unless they are being particularly personal, i'd just ignore them.
After a while, you get used to the way certain posters post, some have quite a warped sense of humour.

But seriously do you really think your comment is very helpful or constructive? I think it's pretty damn rude to be honest. I need help and if your not willing to offer any, please don't hide behind your anonymous screen name and insult me!
If you are going to sue someone (the driver) you will need answers to such questions. Sorry if that sounds rude.0 -
I guess that is the solicitor's job, I can only give my side of the story. I hope HR can sort this out so I don't even have to claim, it sounds like a lengthy, stressful process.0

HR are not going to compensate you for your injury.
See a solicitor.0 -

If you want a solicitor to finance this venture you really are going to have to be more solid in your argument that it is the drivers fault and you are an innocent victim.
for example, what were you doing in the road?0 -
Hope you feel better soon.0

It was during work time so I'm starting with them.. Not necessarily for compensation, just not to penalized with loss of earnings. If they will pay me in full (rather than SSP minus what they overpaid me) I will be happy with that0 -

I was just crossing the road. I was about to show a flat to prospective tenants and was basically just walking to the building0 -
