Hi, a new person to all of this:)!

Re the bank charges, is it also possible to ask credit cards to repay interest?

They charged me a fortune when my salary was late (I work freelance) so I have had lots of interest charged I'd like to claim back. Is it the same letter for Barclaycard, Amex etc?

and just amend the wording slightly to suit who you are claiming from.

As pointed out above by nickmack its penalty charges you can claim back, ie late payment fees but not interest charged because you have paid late.

We had a couple of store cards, which have now been cut up. :j

How do I check to see if I was charged on them? It was Top shop and Mothercare if that helps.

You need to follow the instructions for banks/credit cards, the procedure is the same. Get the address from statements or call them and ask for contact details.

Hi,
After claiming my bank charges I was wondering if I could claim my credit cards fines back. I have seen the odd thread were some people seem to but don't know if its the same law and prodecure as the bank accounts. Can someone help please?
