    Has anyone claimed charges for an Ikea store card? And if so has it been successful?

    Store cards are the same as credit cards in the way you reclaim them. They may claim the £12 is legal and fair but if they do, post on here and I'll tell you how to deal with them :D

    Don't know if anyone can help.

    I had a Debenhams store card 4-5 years and received numerous charges, I am looking to reclaim these but have no account information as I have no statements and card was cut up a long time ago.

    I have spoken to Debenhams about my account who stated that they have no information, so will send letter 1 but with no account information, will I get very far?

    For tax liabilities and legal liabilities they have to keep the data for 6 years. However did you pay the bill by Direct Debit?(I have a few solutions).

    Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker
    They are part of Ikano, who run, among others, Habitat, New Look, Principles, Oasis cards, and yes people have claimed successfully from them.
