does anyone know if late charges incurred with the Next directory can also be claimed back? I'm on a mission!!

Can you reclaim charges from store cards. I have a marks n spencer store card and want to know if i can claim charges back form them and how i go about it. Any ideas any1?

hi guys,

Im new to this site so if i sound stupid just tell me to shut up anyways story goes i used to have a store card with river island and paid it off and then canceled it about 3 years ago.

Now i no i had quite a few charges on this store card but i have no statements to prove it can i get them from river island or am i stuck?

Now heres a big question for everyone,

basically i have no recolection of my account number with river island and have no old statement with it on, i phoned river island (GE Capital) to see if they could help me but they just shrugged me off after waiting for 10 odd mins!!!!

Anyway is there anything i can do to reclaim my charges or am i chasing a lost cause?

Any help on any of this would be great thanks

Give as much details as possible. Address at the time that you had the card, date you closed it(approximately) date of birth etc,etc, so that they should be able to locate the details.
