Hi I am attempting to reclaim my credit and store card charges. I wanted to do this early in the year but finances got neglected following some home circumstances. Anyway I have missed a few payment on all 7 of my store/credit cards. Stupid way to handle old stupid student borrowing I know.

I have made a payment for this months on all of them and will defiantly make a payment next months statements too.

How soon after I have kept up with the repayments can I begin to make my claims? Or dose it not matter can I claim even if I am in arrears.

Yes, for this used the same templates, and help page as the credit card claims.

Hi
I was wondering if I can claim back charges on a store card that I have. (the card is paid off but still open)
I have searched the site, but cannot find anything to help me - if the answer is yes to be able to reclaim, would I just use the template letter that is on here?
I really hope that someone can advise me on this one.

Yes, Store Cards can use the same process as Credit Cards. Please read Martin's Credit Card reclaim guide.

LOL.

Have a copy of CCA for wifes Debenhams card with no PPI required ticked. They decided they'd take it anyway! Good luck against these liars they will try anything.

Please can someone help if possible i have store card with formula one autocentres and am having problems i would like to reclaim charge that have been imposed upon me but am not sure who to write to as it was previously controlled by Clydesdale Finance and has recently become Barclays Partner Finance does anyone know who i contact regarding this issue.
