I have a river island store card, and I am sure that I have been charged in the past. I called them to ask for my statements, and they told me that they could get them for me no proble, at a cost of £10 per statment!!!!!! Is this not the kind of thing that I am trying to fight against, unreasonable charges?! Is there anything I can do or would i have to pay it then claim it back?!
Has anybody else has any dealings with them?

Hello, im just about to send my DPA letters off and im just wondering whether or not i can have a default removed from my credit file? With Capitalone i had a £200 which quickly rised to above £500 which therefore got defaulted, however that has now been paid in full and i no longer have this credit card. So can i still claim? (i still have my account details)

Also, can i claim charges back from store cards? i.e JJB and nevadabobs, who are still to this day charging me £40!!!!!! if i make a late payment. If so has anybody got the address for these because i cant it them anywhere, only this one: Creation Financial Services Ltd, Equipoint, Coventry Road, Yardly, Birmingham, B25 8FE (will this addy do?)

HFC are aslo thievin sods, they say i have charges of £300 on my acount but i have been paying everymonth which is £30, so phoned and complained and they said this is because i missed a payment a while back and the charges have simply built up, however i have never had this in writing only told over the phone, tehy make me sick.

    IKEA Home Card
    IKANO Financial Services Limited.
    Adam House,

I was in financial difficulties and had to go to citizens advice, where i wrote to my credit card companies and they've set my payments every month without interest.

Will i still be able to claim charges from them?

Is it for 6 years? Do you have to send £10 to each credit card company you owe money to?

    Thanks
