I've seen a few of you say your low stars will "drop off" soon.
How can you calculate when they'll drop off?0 -
Either 3 or 12 months, depending on how yours is calculated, which depends on volume of sales.0

Just been looking at mine, and it seems I have had three 2* DSRs on postage from one buyer. They bought three items, in separate transactions. I've run reports on all items bought by buyers who have left three pieces of feedback i the last few days, and by process of elimation, I know who left the feedback.
As I always do, I posted them together and refunded two lots of postage, so I'm pretty miffed as my P&P charge is the jiffy bag and stamp, nothing else.
I'm not normally close to being at risk, and I've still got a cushion, but I'm really irritated as up until this I had my best run for some time. Presumably ebay won't be interested in removing them, but will all three count against me as they've come from the same buyer?0 -
Can someone confirm if the monthly dashboard sales/transactions are exactly calculated from the 20th (of the month) - to the 20th?
For example, last month had 28 days, so from the 21st Feb are those 8 days worth of sales "rolled over" into your March transactions?0 -

As far as I know if yoru date is the 20th then that is when it is updated, so will contain everything between the 20th of month 1 t the 20th of month 2. It makes no difference how many days there are in said month.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I believe so.
Although I noticed that on the 20th Feb, I went back to 100% feedback, even though the anniversary of my one neg was a few days later. :huh:They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
Checked today and I have 1 low rating for item as described. Sold some boots a few months back and they didn't fit the buyer even though they fitted me ok, they were offered a full refund but chose not to send them back as it would cost them £5.
I am only a private seller, selling about 2 or 3 items a month.
