OK, don't panic on your figures it can only be one person who has left a 1 or 2 *. I'm assuming you are a private seller and have listing limits in place? In that case choose your few items to list carefully, make sure you list things that are almost guaranteed to sell, drop your dispatch time to 2 days and send the items next day .

Yep that is the expanded dashboard, but that is all fine (dispatch is a bit low but you can work on that) it doesn't show the 3.8 though....

Headline stars include international buyers too? So it will be a buyer outside of UK & Ireland who left low marks (or poss a 3)0 -

It sounds like a glitch and it is that time of month when ebay start fiddling. Maybe if your nerves can take it, wait a couple of hours- check again and then call them. Even on ebay it just can't be possible to go red with no warnings for cases whatsoever. (can it)
EDIT: Just checked mine and mine is red as well although I still only have the one case open on there that I have had for the past 6 weeks or so. Looks like the monthly glitches have started and that they are updating all the dashboards.
