Mine was red this morning, now I can't access the expanded dash board at all.
They must be updating0 -
My open cases tab is still red

Well done...I hope that isn't a glitch....
My percentages for low stars have fallen (in a good way) and are now half the percentage they were the day before with the same number of low stars- which is odd. I know I have been having a very good run since Christmas and selling more than ever but even so I am sure it is a glitch as my stars should be a poorer percentage than that. I'm not complaining though!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The 'open cases' has been removed to show only 'closed cases without resolution'....which is a positive step.0

It is a bit odd - so I hope it is not a glitch!
I still have 2 low stars on my private account, no change there.0 -
Item as described 4.94 0.00% (0)
Communication 4.94 0.00% (0)
Dispatch time 4.94 0.00% (0)
Postage and packaging charges 4.88 0.00% (0)
Buyer protection cases
Opened cases 4.76% (1)
Closed cases without seller resolution 0.00% (0)
The opened case was resolved on a mutual basis (still 100% feedback) so I don't know if that causes ongoing issues.
The other categories dipped after a courier missed a collection and then the buyer wanted to return part of the item because it wasn't compatible with their system. I agreed to refund on a part-basis but wouldn't cover return postage so I think he marked me down.
I've just looked at my dashboard now and I was pretty surprised to see my new figures from above :
Item as described 4.89 0.00% (0)
Communication 4.94 0.00% (0)
Dispatch time 4.94 0.00% (0)
Postage and packaging charges 4.89 0.00% (0)
Buyer protection cases Your percentage (count)
Closed cases without seller resolution 0.00% (0)
Since Oct when I posted above, I've only sold one item in Nov and then a batch last week. I've still got 100% FB and the comment for the Nov sale was very positive so I'm a bit surprised the Item as described has slipped so much. Is there any way of seeing where the slip occurred. I have very few sales (mainly de-cluttering on freebie days) so in theory it should be easy to identify, but it's knowing how to go about it.0 -

I know it's probably already been answered but why is it only updated on or around the 20th of each month? It's not like it's meaningless info, it's important.
Also why is it anonymous (cowardly), I want to be able to block unreasonable buyers, they can affect my account !!!!!!.0 -
