Nationwide mortgage

My application has been with NW for 5 weeks now - I think I'm slowly going mad with the stress!
I'm supposed to be exchanging/completing in the next two weeks.
Every time I think we've got there, they ask for "one more thing". And most annoyingly two pieces of evidence I sent in independently of each other got 'lost' as well so I half the time I feel like I'm going around in circles.
I can't believe how stressful the whole thing can be and I am very envious of all you who got your offers in 2 weeks!
I know how you feel hun, i should have the mortgage offer on monday/ tuesday i hope.
I've instructed surveys and we only have a 3 person chain. we are all at the same place and pushing.. grrrr the solicitors have said the completion date for 10-14th December may be too tight. we the people i'm buying from are emigrating!
Nationwide lost a piece of my information too, i rang them directly (even though I'm going through a broker) to check they had received it and asked if they needed anything else..
Hope it starts moving for you;)0 -

I spoke to them on Thursday and they confirmed they had everything and it was with the underwriters. I'm really hoping for no more delays!
I have my fingers crossed for you too - let me know if/when your offer comes through...0 -
Still waiting for ours we received the valuation approved almost a month ago but now it's all gone quiet.
I'm impatient - the solicitor says the same every time I call - 6 to 8 weeks.0 -
