    NSD 4 for me :)
I am determined not to shop til Sat but I have run out of moisturiser so I will be looking very haggard from lack of sleep(chest infection keeping me awake coughing)and prune like from lack of moisturiser by sat at this rate.
MMY sounds as though you are doing great now. Hope you join us in January. I only started last month it is very addictive not spending money. Which is odd as I was addicted to spending it :rotfl: Love P0lly x

Polly have you tried oil cleansing method? I use olive oil when Im running low on moisturiser and i have oily skin. It actually helps moisture and my skin feels lovely afterwards.x

I use it on my legs too. Very good for your skin. Only need a tiny tiny amount.

    Hi everyone...

Is great how everyone is doing... even amidst difficulties - illness and poorly relatives - people are still checking in... and trying to keep on target. That's so good - i feel it shows that amongst it all - we're still trying to look after ourselves too... and keep our lives on track.. It's often during times of stress that it's easy to think sod it - what's the point... and I guess if we can stay determined and believe in something - even if it's our NSD challenges and trying to become debt free - that's good.

Keep up the amazing work!!! NSD number 6 here. There is a talk I'd really like to go to tomorrow in Glastonbury but it means spending a fiver and breaking my NSD run. As am almost at my 7-in-a-row it would mean starting again... Grrrr... Then again - that will be impetus to have even more NSD's lol... Will sleep on it.

    ;)

Hi all checking in for my 5th NSD! Even managed to convert brother and stop him going to the shop!

For dinner we had wilted old broccoli and ham omelette with chips, would never have thought of that with 'no meat' (despite the ham) before this thread - dinner was always meat and two veg!

Thanks Kat, looking forward to the recipe!
Nothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!

    Thanks Learning2budget and ninjasavingkat .

I will try that I have been googling homemade moiturisers but they all seem to need different kinds of essential oil which I dont have. I do have olive oil though. If it works for me thats another 2 quid a month I can save myself I usually buy Lidl moituriser which is good. It is sometimes half price so I stock up then. Love P0lly x

Without even seeing this, I have already put a very similar plan in place. Im cutting petrol, food shop and dinners out by half. I have divided my outgoings and made an allowance for all areas needed.Aiming to end the month with £200. :) good luck.
