Been a busy weekend but I find it easiest to stay away from spending at the weekends and I am quite enjoying being in a phase of using up stuff.

Today I made a meatloaf with pork mince from the freezer, chopped onion and stuffing mix instead of the usual Sunday roast and an apple and blackcurrant pie, with frozen pastry, tin of sliced apples from 'emergency supplies' and frozen blackcurrants. There'll be more of the same for tomorrow. :D

I've no plans to spend any money tomorrow

Hi all - and well done everyone!!!

I didn't go out in the end last night and sod's law - had two invites out today - but have politely declined and so heading towards NSD number 4 today. Got homemade soup tonight and dinner is sorted for tomorrow evening.

Am in work Mon-Wed so it's a lot easier not to spend as my day is taken up doing stuff and keeping busy. So - if all goes to plan that will be my 7-in-a-row and then it's my 40th birthday <sob> on Thursday - so a well earned day off to celebrate!!!

Kat - good thinking. This week off I have coming up can be a chance to catch up on all those unread books!
Keep up the good work everyone!
