Siouxie.. Hello you! I want £20 left!! Good girl for NSD day 2. I'm at the pub, just ordered water.. Pray for me!“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent".0

Good luck Kat! Repeat after me: Must not spend, must not spend, must not spend.....0 -
Two days with no spending, and another 3 at least to go before the milk runs out.
Just done a quick check through the freezer and found 2 joints that can be used for Sunday roasts, 3 bags of stewing meat - 1 beef, 1 lamb, 1 pork - all reduced, which is why I bought them, and forgot they were there under the reduced bread.
Instead of buying spuds when they run out I will probably make the other frozen stuff into pies - "Surprise me Meat and Veg".
Looking through the wardrobe for some more clothes to list on e-bay and found what I thought was an empty suitcase with some toys, smellies and books I bought last year in the post Christmas sales. I'd bought them for Birthday presents to start me off for this year, and because of the stroke I'd forgotten all about them.
That means at least half my family will have something to open on the day.
I'm ploughing through my crafting stash making other gifts - knitted, sewn and jewellery, so at this rate by Dec 1st my gift list might be quite depleted.I divorced my First Husband on Religious Grounds:A

Ninja - whilst it's very tempting to shut Hubby and kitties outside, my 4 cats will be locked in most of this weekend due to fireworks (every year there are stories in the local paper about cats being injured on purpose by ****s)
Only one actually uses the litter usually, the other 3 enjoy pooping in the garden of the miserable neighbour after he threw a stone at one of them..they didn't use his garden before he did that, hee hee!0 -
