Seems like you have them cold, then. Now would be the time to post the Streetview link, what have you got to lose?

As I've already said don't hold your breath ....

How many car parks do you think PE have that operate in the manner you claim??????????

I cant believe this one does, it is not normal, most of us here have been here for years doubt anyone has heard of a car park operating like you describe.

I don't know. Perhaps something anyone with a fake ticket can use to cast doubt on the evidence given. Find where they were caught and look for places the cameras could get you but not in the car park. There is no way of knowing if they and the parking public don't have a clear picture of the boundaries. So long as they bill the naughty parkers and a few more off their land they are not likely to do anything about it. They are in business to make money. Many write they are not honest upright and honourable people.

If I make this one stick then all tickets issued at this site are potentialy wrong.

People do get emotional when accused of something they did not do and get a fake bill that big. Gets even worse when you can't speak to the organisation to explain their mistake and sort it out as two human beings. I give plenty of facts. Fact you don't beleive me is akin to accusing me of doing something I did not do or that I am wrong. Not a FILO on multiple visits. Stop saying "what we need is" repeatedly. You have no right to need anything of me - what I volunteer to give will come all in good time when sensible to do so. Assuming folk are pleasant and polite.

What we need is facts not balony, if you want bloody help try answering questions and giving something we can constructively respond with. I'm outa of here with this troll
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Make that double wrong if you like then. But wrong by my measure might let a group of people club together to have PE be forced to give them their money back on mass with a simple court case.

    More important to grasp eh?

Except class actions don't happen in England.

That's even MORE important to grasp.

This is the worst wind up I've seen on here. Too many of you falling for it too.

Nope, that's me done. It's like hitting my head against a dozen brickwalls. Either you're on a windup like Manxred says or you're incredibly stupid.

OK - cracked it. Cameras are same today as in the street scene footage. Look to be fixed, not scanning or joystick controlled.

First camera gets you going into service road round parking. Second camera gets you heading south as you approach Fitzwilliam Street (past green Saab and last railway arch in street view).

Now I bet they know its a flimsy arrangement. The two cameras capture nothing other than the vehicle and tarmac at both ends of the service road. Last thing they want the victims to know is they only have your picture while in the street. No need to be in the car park or on the private land they are sending you the bill for the use of. You risk a ticket by just driving through at just over two hour intervals. A FILO (first in last out) with multiple visits or just turning round in the entrances to the service road.

They measured me as having parked in their carpark longer than two hours. Don't even need to go into it for them to pounce.
  • hello sharealike,

please read the thousands of posts about parking eye and the like. you are standing to the injustice of it by ignoring the letters, not paying up and standing united on the forums.

you're raising your stress levels for no reason, just ignore completely, don't ring don't write, they will go away. forumites who are taking the trouble to answer you are giving you the benefit of their experience, thats what the forum is all about!!
