Well I ordered the following :-

Innotab 2 in pink (now showing as OOS)
Disney Princess Easel (now showing as OOS)
Schleich Stable (still in stock)

at 3.00 am Saturday morning. I rang them on Saturday morning and they think the order has gone through. Checked topcashback and the monies have tracked through. Rang again yesterday morning and he was 99% certain the items were being dispatched and nothing cancelled.

Supposed to be collecting at 4.00 today, but the items are still showing as partially dispatched. Will be extremely annoyed if all three items are not there today as they had the Innotab was in stock in store on Saturday and the other two items were only purchased as extras and the Innotab was the thing I wanted the most.

I honestly do not think I will ever order on these deals again from Tesco only items I can physically collect from store as I have found the whole thing quite distressing all weekend, I know it is not the end of the world but if Innotab is not available, I coud have ordered through the Boots deal with the three games, and got triple points, this is now not possible as ever I can still get the Innotab from there, but the three games I would have chosen in this offer are all OOS and the triple points has ended too :mad: Tesco really need to get their systems sorted, they should know these deals are going to be a big hit and if other large firms can sort it I cannot see why they cant.

The worst part of the whole sorry saga is that they are once again in stock online as I type. Now I have a full priced Lego item that I don't want and if I order again I lose the £10 off that I got yesterday. I don't really want to order again. They really don't deserve my hard earned pennies!!!

I have done the same and ordered an extra innotab in blue, however there seems to be no order placed as of yet. On FB the advisor says that they will not honour anything after the event, even though I was promised this twice on the phone!!

can anyone help please, i ordered friday with a delivery date of sat after 4pm and then again sat with a delivery date of monday after 4pm. i havent had a single dispatch email for any of the 3 orders that i made and there showing online as being awaiting despatch and partially confirmed however when i click on the order all 9 items are showing as being confirmed so i dont get why they havent been dispatched yet :
