3 for 2 toys at tesco on now

i just don't trust tesco direct any more, they are no longer getting my custom after a fiasco over cancelled items not being refunded a few months ago and now their website withdrawing offers mid-way through a purchase. they seem to be borderline criminal, seriously, what else is cancelling orders and not refunding?

It doesnt get any better!! I made 2 orders from tesco direct, the first I had the trouble with the 3 for 2 offer being out of stock, now I have gone to collect the other order and one of the items is faulty :mad:
I give up!!!

Well I got my dispatch email yesterday with one of the items missing, spoke to them on fb and turns out one of the items has gone oos! They haven't told me though, really annoyed. I'm ringing them tomorrow and unless they can send me another figure of the same value I'm sending the whole order back because I can buy it elsewhere for the same price, grr!!

Tinkl have u got email confirmation that skylanders went through as 3 for 2. Tesco customer services are saying they never where and I haven't got a screen shot

On my email confirmation from Tesco it says "promotional discount" right at the very very bottom. For me this was £23.50 which was £10 off a £75 spend + £5 off £35 on music/games etc + £8.50 which was 3 for 2 on 3 skylanders. Although it doesn't say it was a 3 for 2 the discount is still there.

Ive ordered 3 innotabs for my son, step daughter and friend on the 3 for 2. Facebooked them after reading your stories as was worried they wont come through now (pink is oos and ordered 1) Got a reply saying am only getting 2, so called the helpline who said can't see any cancelletaions and as ordered before it went oos should be no problems. They also said the FB people have to call them to check on orders and no notes to say anyone has, so looks like they have just seen the oos pink innotab and told me am not getting one! Charming! No emails or calls to say only getting 2, what do you think my chances are of getting the 3? Sounds stupid I know but am panicking now as heard of the nightmare people have had with getting refunds etc and really cant be bothered with hassle right now sorry its long lol x
