    Might be worthwhile double checking which store they are waiting at as from previous posts a couple of people have had their orders delivered to a different store??

    Mine went to a little local store, noticed it just as I pressed the accept button, worked out great for me as it is just a few minutes drive from my house. Store manager said they have only been getting direct stuff for a few weeks.

    Help please...

    No one has phoned me back and I have been trying on and off all day to get through to Tesco Direct, on both the 0845 number and the 01992 number... I just keep either getting cut off or ot rings for in excess of 10 minutes with no answer!

    This is starting to annoy me now..

    Has anyone else had this much trouble getting through? What do I do next... I am still unsure why someone had to phone me back anyway, was she fobbing me off, could she have just put the new order through?

  • still waiting on 1 of my orders - still showing partially confirmed (ordered on 29/10/12)

    whilst looking at my order history though, 1 order i made was for 2 star wars millennium falcons at £90 each and the star wars droid carrier at £118. I picked these up instore and they arrived in 2 different parcels with different references yet they all had the same order number. I signed the pda and left.

    when viewing my order it says i have picked up the droid carrier but the millennium falcons are awaiting collection. I guess the shop assistant assumed they had the same reference so only scanned the droid carrier and that is what i signed for.

    I am half tempted to try collecting the millennium falcons as revenge for all the orders i have had cancelled in the past from tescos

    I only had 2 of my toys delivered when I contacted Tesco they advised the 3rd was out of stock . They didn't apologise or even tell me in advance I wouldn't be getting the third item. When I said about the missed offer they just said I can return the 2 for a refund! Awful customer service.

    Could be worth trying again, I made a few orders on the 3for2, was really lucky with my 1st couple but then on my other 2 I had items missing.

    On the first with an item missing I have been promised another dept will ring me to order another item for the same value in its place - a bit annoying as I really want the Meccano I ordered.

    For the 2nd I was told that there was nothing I could do as the refund (for 1 item - there was 2 missing) had already gone through, eventually, after many phonecalls I was told my 2 lego baseplates could be re-ordered and they'd then give me a refund for one of them.

    Still waiting for delivery on them so we'll see.

    What truly angered me was that when the baseplates were cancelled they were still in stock!
    ;) A silent (but still proud :p ) member of a certain society ;)

    if i was to take the droid carrier back tomorrow would I get a full refund?
