3 for 2 toys at tesco on now

*UPDATE*
I have just took delivery of the 2 scooters, so that is all 3 of my items received now icluding the skylanders. However the Tesco account page is still showing the scooters as wating to be dispatched and the overall order status as "partially dispatched, so it looks like they are behind with updating the status of some orders.

Good luck to everyone else in receiving their orders!

Just nipped into Poole extra and bagged 3 innotab2s.
Got some shifty looks and there was some gnashing of teeth but went through no bother.

my order was delivered to a different store - no idea why, it is also still showing as waiting to be depatched online !!! they don't seem to have a clue what they are doing!!!

I collected mine on friday, still showing as awaiting to be despatched in my account, but got emails yesterday to tell me they had been despatched.

Tesco's system is rubbish.

If you have orders waiting to be delivered to store, and it's still saying awaiting despatch, go to the store if its not out of your way and see if they are already there. Don't wait for telco to tell you, cos chances are they won't.

Ive just spoke to tesco direct because one of the skylanders figures is missing off my order. Spoke to a really helpful lady who said they have a specialist team working on the orders that havent had the full things. Shes took my name, order number etc and the new item i want and someone is ringing me back over the next few days to confirm the re order and she confirmed i wont have to pay anymore because it was on 3 for 2 :j

This is way too much stress! Especially as most people have said they got the innotabs in store! Should have done that!
So...... I think my order is waiting at my local tesco store, so thats 2 of the 3 items. :j Looks like they are going to refund me partially for the 3rd one that was oos. Im not 100% convinced as the refund of £4.52 is still not showing in my account from friday. Hopefully if the refund goes through I can forget this ever happened and keep away from them in the future!
I think it is just luck who you speak to in the call centre and keeping fingers crossed that they keep their promises!!
Hope everyone gets theirs sorted too!

68.97 or something similar to that, total with a meal deal :j came to something like £142 for 3 innotabs, there were loads on the shelf too.

They also had a whole aisle end dedicated to skylanders, I've never seen them before but they had a tree looking figure in a big box at 44.00 odd another big box at 54.00 odd and a laod of individual figures in medium boxes at 14.00 odd each.
Descriptive I know but it may help to go to store.

Unbelievable. Have just spoken to Tesco on FB as I couldn't get 3 for 2 to work. They have now come back and told me that Jakes Pirate Ship Bucky is not included in the promotion which is why it wouldn't work! Utter rubbish! So Innotabs, Furbys, Skylanders all included but not Jakes Pirate Ship! I'd be interested to know if anyone has managed to get Bucky on 3 for 2 over the promotion as it just seems like a fob off to me :mad:
