3 for 2 toys at tesco on now

well just got back from tesco, out of 3 different orders ( 3 item in each) only 1 was there. managed to spend a further 23 quid instore too as they have a fab play doh activity world set at £10 which is still showing as £18 online.

just rang the helpline and spoke to a lovely girl, 1 order is at a different store that i definately didnt put down for it to go there ( this is the most important one too so thank god i at least know where it is, and its only about 2 miles away too) and the other is supposed to have been delivered to the store i just been too but now i have to wait to see if they can track the parcel before they will put in a re order as it seems to have gone missing

feel sorry for the people in the call centres who must be rushed off there feet dealing with all the problems.

Awww so sorry its not looking good for your items arriving but at least they can see your order now.
It also sounds hopeful that even if they have gone missing they will try and sort something out for you.

On friday I ordered 1 Skylanders pack and 2 scooters. All Shown as confirmed. Recieved Skylanders today and scooters still showing as awaiting dispatch. Have just recieved a text to say that they will be another 48 hours due to problems with the courier. After all I've read I,m not too hopeful!

for anyone looking at skylanders and happy to buy the original figures to supplement the new game, play.com have one triple set at 9.99 and four single characters for 3.99 each - works out cheaper than the 3 for 2. i'm so annoyed at tesco withdrawing the 3 for 2 online that i'm avoiding them completely now

i have a order from the 25th which i got a tex message to stating another 48 hours but online its still confirmed and the other 2 orders still confirmed, i really have a feeling i never going to get these

I picked mine up last night and all 3 were there.:j
Also has i walked round, they were at least 8 of each colour on the shelfs in store on the 3 for 2, so i would have just bought them there anyway.

Oh anyone worrying about their order saying partially confirmed, thats what mine said right until i had picked them up.

well...place done order which arrived complete.:)
placed another order - then got email saying one item oos so they were sending me 5 items and refunding me 3p! rang to ask could I add a different item, was told no, so said I wanted to cancel order. This was Sat at 8am. Lady confirmed my order was cancelled and they would refund immediately , though it would take 3/4 days to show up in account. OK, not too bad.
I then re-ordered 3 items that were in stock that I really wanted
Then this morning I got 2 emails. One to say new order with 3 items has been dispatched. Then one which said the supposedly CANCELLED order had been dispatched.:mad:
Now need to ring them again...will then have to return items and wait god knows how long for refund...meanwhile I'm £80 down:mad:
Should have listened to others! Can safely say I wont be risking tesco again. I just don't have the time for this much faffing about.

Mine all arrived yesterday, using the 47p delivery. Complete order (6 items). It was all baby stuff though, not as in demand as lego, skylanders etc, but there were some decent discounts, so I got £160 worth for £78.
