Try stacking the £10 off £75 and the £5 off £40

Hi i just used the 3 for 2 skylander giants voucher i recieved the other day. Got three of the £14.50 giant figures and the voucher only took off £7.96. Went to customer services and she gave me double the difference back. So in the end the three figures cost about £23. Might be worth checking your own store if you have the voucher too.0

ok advice needed i went to pick up my furbys on fri after 4pm as instructed in email they hadnt recived them instore so i went in yesterday they hadnt recived them yet phoned the customerservices while instore they said they would look into it but i can have a full refund as they dont have any of my items left instock i said this was not acceptable the lady said she would phone me today ..... she didnt so i phoned them they told me they hadnt been deliverd because they hadnt been deliverd to the depot yet but asured me my items are on the way and would be a couple of days so to ring back in a week if i havent recived them ......... so the lady who was instore customer services said they would probably compensate me if they have gone missing for my trouble i just wanted to know if anyone else had experience of what too do if my items have gone missing and what compensation to ask for ?0

My 'lost' parcels arrived today which is fantastic, annoyingly the one item missing was one of the ones I was more bothered about (pink Meccano) but honestly, I can't complain too much, I've been pretty lucky with my orders.
I've spoken to customer services and I just have to tell them what I'd like in it's place, I'm really struggling to find anything for the kids though - everything I'd want ata round the £20 mark is out of stock:( so I think I'll end up getting the Logo board game for the adults - I've fancied that for a while. Anybody played it?

Hiya, my parecel was thought to be missing but turned up out of the blue today. I was promised that for any item now out of stock they would honour the price I paid for them last Friday as soon as they come back in stock.
However, now I've received the majority of my order I've been told that I have to choose something for the same value for my 9th item as they cannot guarantee it wil be back in stock. I'm happy enough, as per other post I've been really lucky with my orders.

I'm sorry your furby order has gone missing babie gurl. I don't have any experience of this myself but imagine if they are to compensate you properly then you would ask for your costs to be covered, such as phone calls, time and petrol money, the original order cost plus your extra expense if you have to buy them elsewhere. Hopefully someone with a legal background will be able to advise you better. Perhaps you could post this question on one of the other forums, I'm not sure which though - anyone know the best forum or site for this sort of advice?
My cancelled item is back in stock if i can believe their website but, I can feel myself tensing up at the thought of the stress involved in ordering from Tesco direct. I don't think I can bring myself to do it.0 -

My innotab and leappad and handheld 1 got delivered to my home address today but on tesco direct website it still states "confirmed" i have had no dispatched emails or nothing so i really thought i wouldnt get them but now im happy,0
