Hi,
I finally sorted my three furbys (see previous posts), I had to re-order 3 times in total after the first one was dropped from my 3 for 2 order.
I rang TD yesturday to confirm the refund on the single furby and they sorted easy, however the confirmation email that I received reads as if I am returning the item, is this just the standard email you get when you get a refund and are keeping the item or should I ring and confirm ?

I placed 2 orders on 2 diff accounts, my first order I had problems with it was only 3 items but 2 of the 3 were out of stock mins after me ordering lol! Anyhoo got my dispatch emails 2 sep tracking numbers for the first order, got one didn't get the other with 2 items in, spoke to yodel the parcel number didn't exist lol! After lots of phone calls to tesco finally they are re sending one of my items and the one that's out of stock I've been refunded for. my order total was £65 and i'v been refunded £37 so not to bad, better than buy one get one free as long as my other item turns up ;-) my other larger order with 6 items in was all delivered with no probs, I can't help but thinking that this was tescos mistake, as the item was never even in stock according to the guy on the phone! They must have had a lot of complaints because I went from getting a refund for £12 to 37 in a day ;-) :rotfl: hope everyone else gets there orders and if you don't, ring them if you don't get the result you want ring agen :money:0

I placed an order on Sunday at 11.50pm and had an email stating one item was out of stock (which it wasn't) and after contacting them twice (as they couldn't find my order the first time) I was assured that the missing item (which was a 3 for 2 on toys) would be replaced without any further cost to myself. I was to await a phone call within the next 48 hours to authorise the transaction and the item would be sent asap.
Surprise surprise nobody phoned and no replacement item appeared in my order history so I phoned them today.
Without hesitation the customer services assistant apologised advised me that she could see I was due a refund of £18 which she would organise right away. As the item that was out of stock was £10 I am not really sure how she worked out the figure of £18 but after all the hassle of missing items and tardy deliveries from the 3 for 2 on toys fiasco I am not going to argue with her or complain.
My order containing the remaining items still hasn't been dispatched yet but I am assured that a delivery date of 3rd November has been allocated to these items so fingers crossed that all remaining items arrive soon.

i order on the 3-2 of 3 monster high dolls and was told they would be in store wednesday for me to collect got a email and txt message yesterday sayin where in store got to store and they had no idea what i was on about as items where not there, rang again today to see if items are there and they dont have them said they will ring me when they and if they turn up later on 2day :-s im hopin they dnt cancel my 3for 2 order0
