Goodness this promo is a swizz...I ordered 3 furbys and they have just confirmed by order has been despatched but only 2 of the 3....the 3rd is out of stock apparently and has been cancelled off the order. They didnt contact me to advise that this was the case I had to go into the order details when only 2 were on my despatched invoice. I have just contacted Tesco via FB and they told me I can reorder the 3rd item when its back in stock but that will be at full price.....how can they get away with this when it was in stock when I ordered...Furbys are xmas pressies so I have told them I will wait till items back in stock so why wont they honour the deal....feel completely ripped off

Just got my lego which was cancelled on the 3 for 2 delivered today, letter says they have paid for express delivery for me and had re ordered off the "old system?" an alternative lego set very happy thanks Tesco, i think it really depends who youget on the phone x

popped in ely tesco today, they must have had a change around as they were down the isle with the games. they didnt have any on the shelves, only the normal ones, but hubby spotted the granite one on top shelf so thank you :j

I went in today too - can't believe how many of those they must have sold! I wanted to swap one of the skylanders that I'd ordered off the Direct website, they hadn't got a single light core character left!!!

They had all 3 in Dumfries although I think I bought the last Chocolate one but they had quite a few left of the other two kinds
They were in the Clearance section in the first toy aisle between Lego City and stationery.

Still got them though as they were on 3 for 2.
Picked up my 3 furbies from direct also but noticed they were sold out in store.

ring headoffice they normaly sort it out for people and realy compain
