3 for 2 toys at tesco on now

Woohoo just had my despatch email for all 6 items!

just to let you know. I also had a e mail to say one of my items was out of stock but the other two had been despatched. First phone call was useless told me nothing they could do.I would have to return them once I received. As they are actual gifts that my daughter wanted and was already reduced I really did not want to do this so I phoned back hoping to get a better response from another person and I was told that they have changed their ordering system and that ordering over the phone and online are two different stock control so items that may say out of stock online don't necessary mean out of stock throughout. I was about to ask if I could order another item so I did not lose the 3 for 2 but she managed to locate the original item I wanted elsewhere and now three of my items will be at store tommorow. However she had to recharge me for the reordered item and refunded me then making the 3 for 2 kick in. I was told that I was not charged previously for the item that went out of stock but going to keep a eye on my Internet banking to make sure that I have been refunded and charged the right amount. Just wanted to say as you know then that just because they may of sent you a out of stock e mail call them and try and order the item over the phone. Also ring back a second time if the first person is useless, worked for me x

Same issue for me as some of you guys, one of my three items had gone out of stock after my odrer was accepted, so has been automatically removed from my order, but as this was the 'free' item my invoice has not changed. I rang Tesco and they were a bit unsure how I could re-create my 3 for 2 offer. The other two items that were on the order have now since gone out of stock and I didn't want to loose them by cancelling the order entirely.

The only thing they said I could do was to re-order a v-similar item that was in stock and then ring back and they would refund this item. I have now ordered said item but cannot call them back as all their phone systems have gone down (you just get a recorded message on the main number).

Hope it gets sorted as its turning into more hassle that its worth.

p.s. My main order is showing as partially complete but they said this was becuase of the other item being removed (i.e. the other two items were fine).

ordered 3 toys and tv ariel thing yesterday,says on account ariel despatched,toys waiting despatch,but have just taken delivery of one of the toys.So seems checking your order status really doesnt mean anything

I made an order yesterday at 9.00am for 9 toys. My account online still says partially confirmed. However I have just taken delivery of one of the items, so I phoned Tesco who informed the rest have been dispatched with a different courier, so fingers crossed.

My 'free' toy has just been delivered. Have a despatch email for the aerial splitter and crayola stuff but no mention of the Furby and coin maker.

Just had some vouchers through the post from Tesco, allowing me to purchase Skylanders Giants on 3 for 2 instore!

my lego is out for delivery today but who knows when it'll arrive as HDNL are bringing it

I used that one you have got was on hold for about 10 mins though, the lady I spoke to said they have had a lot of calls about the 3 for 2.
