Hi i just spoke to customer services as one of the toys i wanted was out of stock online.. but is out of stock on the telephone ordering also.
No i used ...01992632222 (from saynoto0870), was answered straight away then asked to be put through to direct ordering.

Had part my order delivered, its minus the out of stock item which was cancelled and one other item that I ordered 2 of isnt there.

It is still showing 'Partially Confirmed'! And I havent even had a dispatch email!

I reorded said item @ 10 this morning, just got a cancellation email due to stock :mad: It is really anoying that the two systems do not talk to each other the way you would expect.

Anyway another has come back 'in stock' so ordered again. Also managed to get through to them on the phone this time, they said they would honour the 3 for 2 even if I was able to get the third item outside of the promotion period, just ring them for a refund on it. Just wondering how long my CC will hold up as the refunds take about 48hrs to hit the account :eek:

ive just contacted then via facebook and got quite a quick response. Have been told that all my lego items are ready to collect so fingers crossed they are there! the staus is still showing as waiting to be despatched.

I love contacting companies voa FB as they normally respond quite quickly, and tesco are really hot on this

Just had 2 of the 6 toys delivered, even tho still showing as "awaiting Despatch", they obviously cant keep up with the amount of orders they have..hope the rest arrive..

Have just been to Dumfries Extra store and picked up 3 Playdoh Sweet Shoppe Gadget assortments reduced from £4.99 to £2.97 and then included in the 3 for 2 on toys. This works out at less than £2 a pack. They could be used in combination with the Sweet Shoppe sets or on their own.

They had all 3 in Dumfries although I think I bought the last Chocolate one but they had quite a few left of the other two kinds
They were in the Clearance section in the first toy aisle between Lego City and stationery.

My order was only showing partially confirmed on the website. Went to pick it up from my local store and all items were there. Had no dispatch email either.
