Not sure if it was also on 3 for 2 but a real bargain anyway.

Just been in Warrington branch and no skylanders on 3 for 2 has anyone been able to buy them in store on 3 for 2?

i was mid-way through ordering skylanders last night when the 3 for 2 offer came off, this was about 12.35am. i was just about to hit the confirm order button when the price jumped up after i'd amended by delivery details - i was absolutely livid.

is skylanders showing as 3 for 2 in other people's baskets? it's not for me

Stockton Durham road Tesco were just putting out about 10 different coloured furbys about an hour ago if this is any help to anyone, might still be there in the morning if you are quick

I'm feeling the same vickimac27, swizz and ripped off sums it up really well. Yesterday, I ordered 2 lego sets and an innotab 2 for £130. A couple of hours later I got a sorry email from Tesco saying that one lego set was OOS. My order has been changed to the two remaining items at full price.

When I rang up the help line assistant said that she could not cancel and refund my order as it was in the packing stage and cannot be stopped at this point because it would hold up all other orders being packed and loaded for delivery?!! I will have to wait for it to be delivered in store and go in and ask for a refund. What poor service! I fully understand that things go OOS quickly with these offers but, to change your order without your consent and charge you is terrible. (plus, it can't be very cost effective or environmentally friendly to be shipping unwanted orders back and forth to stores).

The helpline person suggested that I can have another item of equal value (but I don't want anything else) or wait for the Lego set to come back into stock and re-order it and then ring up for a refund on it. I'm not keen on this option as I can just see the whole thing happening again and Tesco will have taken yet more of my money.

Perhaps we should start a thread if there's an appropriate forum, where all these terrible tesco direct experiences are recorded and, then we can point it out to the Tesco Execs and ask them to take note. If one already exists please let me know and I will happily join it.

Anyway, I'm going to get my refund and buy elsewhere. I've bought the innotab 2 from Boots online for £92 with 3 games and £10 of points (will try to post this on the innotab thread as soon as I can). I just need to find a good deal for the Lego Star Wars Frigate 7964, the best at the moment seems to be Amazon, if anyone knows of a better deal around, that would be great.

I have also had a bad time with the 3 for 2 items. Ordered 2 innotabs and a leappad. Leappad is oos so they refunded me £4.52 for a £70 item! They have just said to wait till it comes back in stock, but no idea when it will? Feel very let down and not happy. It's all down to the customer to sort out when its their error. The money has been taken, but no sign of the refund yet. Really not sure what to do now.
