Small Tesco PS3 game vent and question

(and DCFC79 - I do that when purchasing pre-owned games every time, my particular nasty habit is that once I've purchased the game, shrink wrapped or not, I check it while going out the door! Not the first time I've had to collar them for putting the wrong product in the box - FIFA/Tiger Woods games are notorious for it!)

The customer service bod said the game sleeve would be pierced not me. The stuff in red is a direct quote from her.

I asked a genuine question and got the runaround for a fortnight. You'll notice that paragraphs 5 and 6 contradict each other. We're doing this... but we're going to try and do that..... !!!!!!? Just what IS your official policy Tesco?

I'm not going to Tesco on 20th November (T minus 14 days ) in the HOPE that they might still have a wrapped but holey one. I'm off to Sainsburys to use the £10 gift card.

Anyway I'm done with this thread now. I might post again when I actually get the game.
