  • Hi everyone, I am getting abit confused about the address which to send my first letter to, asking for statements, I have a Sainsburys card and a Captial one card, both of which I want to claim my late payment/overdrawn payments back on,....I have written them out to the customer service address or the address on the statements, will they pass them on??, if they are wrong? there are many threads on here about addresses, but they are all a bit different, any ideas, does it matter, as such?? many thanks....Lilly may
