I changed the address yesterday and put 15/05/07 by mistake, now sorted and reads 15/04/07.

That address is for the information/statements and for MCOL you use the registered address which you will see is in London.
  • Hi,

I'm new to here & I want to reclaim over £2k worth of charges from Lloyds TSB - do I need to send the letter to my own branch or is there a specific contact/office I need to post it to? If so does anyone know the address?!

    Thank in advance......

  • Please can someone help me. I am very new to this site and not at all experienced in looking for 'threads'; if you know what I mean.

I am trying to reclaim my bank charges and when I looked for the address to send my letter to it was the address listed below.

    Penny Berryman
    Senior Manager
    Data Protection Dept.
    Lloyds TSB Bank PLC
    The Pentagon
    48, Chiswell Street
    London
    EC1Y 4XX

I printed out the letter with the above address on it but didn't get round to sending it. I then logged onto this site again and noticed that the address had changed to the one below.

    Swallow House
    10 Swallow Street
    Birmingham
    B1 2AL

I am confused as I can't find any mention of Lloyds address changing. I am now concerned that I have sent my letter to the wrong address. Also does anyone know of the contact number you call if you haven't heard from Lloyds bank as I cannot find one listed on the site.

    Please help!!!!!!!

HI I sent my first letters to the coop bank with a cheque for each enclosed. Neither cheque has been cashed and they claim to have never received the letters. I originally sent the letters to:

    The Cooperative Bank PLC
    P O Box 9076
    Liverpool
    L71 2LB

But have since been advised that even if you send the letter recorded delivery to a P O Box there is no proof of who has signed for it.

I am now going to send out the first letter again with new cheques but can anyone advise me of the correct address to send to for the coop

thanku in advance for your help

You'll find the correct address in the first post in the Reclaim Help Thread which is linked in my signature.

The Lloyds address changed some time ago to the Swallow Road address for your info/statements information and the NatWest address I just changed at the w/end, thanks to natweststaffmember for the heads up on that one.

Not sure why the PO would say Gogarburn doesn't exist as I can assure you it does, its the new Head Office building for the Royal Bank of Scotland and I wonder if thats why they have a postcode of EH12 1HQ :)
  • Has anyone got an address to send my letter reclaiming my charges? The only address I can see on this website is for requesting my statements. Do I send it to this address? Thanks
  • Sorry if you've answered me b4, but I can't find the original thread I posted

I'm claiming against RBS (who have just given me an offer of just over £3k, £3k short of what they owe  , needless to say I'm rejecting it and pushing ahead with court proceedings) - I'm at the Moneyclaim time now - but when I went to fill out the defendants address, it dawned on me that maybe I should be filling in the address of the head office (which is in Scotland, as all correspondence Ive had regarding the charges has come from there), rather than my local branch (who implemented the charges in the first place).

    Any help please????

(I'm in England...obviously I might have to go the Scottish route...god im confused.......)

If your branch is in England use that address on MCOL, if not use one of the London addresses.
