Hi all,
I hoped somebody might be able to give me some advice as im quite worried about a claim ive made. Im currently claiming about £500 from barclaycard but up to now they've refused to pay up. Now ive gone to moneyclaim online and to my suprise they have entered a defence. Im really panicing now as im a nervous public speaker and also cant really afford to take time off work to go to court. What can i do??
Any advice would be appreciated

Just received a letter from the infamous Barclaycard, different office than i had been corresponding with tho (was Northampton now Stockton on Tees) stating they will have my case resolved by 2nd Jan 08. The 14 day deadline i had set them will be up on the 14th Dec 07... do I go ahead as before or wait to see what they have to say on the 2nd Jan or stick to the timetable I set out before? What im after :-Barclaycard £201.30 - Received £226.30!!

I had the same thing, personally i wouldnt bother waiting as i did it before and to our suprise, the reply i eventually received was the usual " we're sorry you feel your charges are unfair but..." That was the second time they had written that particular letter to me!
Awaiting a court date now (or a settlement!)

My daughter was given a court ruling against Barclaycard on the day of 'the big case.' However, after much communication they still refuse to pay. The amount os about £325 so getting in the bailiffs doesn't seem feasible. Any suggestions please?0
