Hi Bankbandit,

All i did was call and ask if they would consider settling out of court as i was expecting the court date any day now. And the person i spoke to said they would push me up the list. It certainly can't hurt to make a call. I was nervous too but i think they are used to these calls now so it was easier than i thought it would be. Good luck

Just spoke to emma in litigation team and she said they are going to pay all money i asked for :beer: wow it was so easy says i will have letter by 9am in the morning recorded delivery for me to sign an return.I will get all charges asked for and interest at 8% and court cost. so just over £700 im so happy i could sing ahahahahahaha. thought this one would never end been going on forever . thank you techspeck and steve who gave me the help to call and this site which is just fantastic.

Were it not for this and the CAG site, i would never have known a way around the stay myself.

Enjoy spending it. I paid off a few bills, and then spent the day at a footy match - ironically in the BARCLAYS Premier League.

Got letter this morning as promised yesterday by barclaycard litigation dept. signed letter and faxed it back to them how much longer now befor i get my money. Thanks any one who has already had this

My money was deposited on my card the next day. Not sure if its a cheque though.

I have a just recieved notice from my local court that they have given me another date for my claim.
Please can any one advise me on what happens next?

I gave them my bank account details on the Tuesday and it was in my bank on the Friday.
