Just looking through the templates and there isn't one for accepting a partial payment.
Do I just need to say something along the lines of... I accept as a partial payment. If you are not prepared to pay the rest i will go to the FOM/court etc etc...
Thanks

I was wandering if someone would be able to help me please?
I owed £400 to Barclaycard and I got a final settlement to pay £200 to clear all my debt with them.
I was wandering if I would still be able to reclaim all of my charges that I had with them even though I only had to pay half of the debt to clear it off? Thank you for your help x0 -
Hi, Im looking to chase up the credit card charges over the last few years. But is it possible to reclaim the £12 pounds fees, as I understand they are deemed legal? Is it still worth starting the process? Thanks0

Yes you can reclaim these. You need to read Martin's article on Reclaiming - link is above 'Credit Card Reclaiming'DFW Official Nerd Club #1114

Good luck
Ps, their 1st reply will say 'no, our fees are fair', send another letter and they say 'our fees are fair but as a 'goodwill gesture' we will give you all your money back!'0 -
Hi guys, I've read the article mentioned above about the charges, but just to clarify (cos i always feel like i'm reading things wrong as it seems like such a mad situation seeing as some of us get ourselves into the problem in the first place - albeit sometimes without realising?!), is the process much the same as claiming bank charges??
Thanks
JemDebt which IS NOW GONE before 31.12.2011: CC - GONE!!! :j Loan: GONE!! :j
