hi folks
sent my letters to capital one claiming £330ish, had a letter bank from them saying ' they believe fee's are reasonable yada yada yada' heres £88.
Obviously not happy with that so want to claim the rest, only thing is can't seem to find the template letter to say that i'm still taking them to court.
Any one point me in the right direction??
Thanks0 -

Hi, Just to let you know i got a letter yesterday from Cap 1 stating they are refunding me all £1069.64 of the charges i claimed for. This includes all interest & the £80.00 court fee i had to shell out for. My advise is ignore all there negative letters & stick to the procedures & timescales laid out on this wonderful website. It takes time but they will crack in the end. Thanks to everyone on this site for all help, advise & support, you lot are truly wonderful.0

Congrats - that's great news! :T  :T
Got a letter off them yesterday offering me just under a third of the money I'd claimed. I've written back to say that I intend to claim the whole amount through the Courts unless they revise their offer, and that it'll cost them more if they don't, as they'll have to pay me interest and my court fees. 14 days and counting.....

Hi there you can claim from those dates as they cover six years. And yes you do have to put in every date in the calculator to work out the correct interest.
Hope this helps.0 -
Hello,
My other half is currently paying £25 a month to Capquest for an Egg card that they used to have.
Does anyone know if Capquest are able to provide statements showing all payments that they have made, and also their details from their previous Egg account?
They have previously made it sound as though they cannot provide statements although I think this sounds extremely dodgy.
Any advice on this would be much appreciated!!
Thanks!:mad:0
