Your bank will have a record of your direct debit so you do have receipts and of course you can get your money back start doing it asap0

few questions please
im starting the MCOL
the sample letter (with the 1080 characters part) its including interest, should i leave this in even though i didnt claim interest throughout the claim?
also the amount i am claiming, £366 (charges) + £30 (court fees), do i deduct the £88 they refunded me earlier and put in £278 + £30? (i'd assume it would be £278 but i just want to make sure)
thanks0 -
cap one have written to me saying they will refund £194 out of the £480 I requested, the account is with capquest anyway so I'm going to ring them and then write to them saying I will accept it as part payment. Total balance owing is only £439!!0

Hello I wanted to know if I can claim back CASH ADVANCE FEES which have appeared on several statements. I've read the "What you can and cant claim" article but CASH ADVANCE FEE isnt listed anywhere, in the claimable list is a big list, most claimable are unpaid DD & SOs and overdraft fees, but not sure about CASH ADVANCE FEE.
Thanks for your time & look forward to a reply, sorry for my lameness.Rest in Peace, Emily. Say hi to Robbo for me xxx
